How it works
Open a PDF in CrabPDF.
Open the Organize panel in the right sidebar.
Drag page rows or use the up and down buttons.
Click Apply page order to reload the reordered PDF.

Page reordering runs locally in your browser. No upload is required, and after CrabPDF is loaded you can turn off Wi-Fi and keep working.
